  Had to wait for over 40 minutes just to deposit some money. There were only 2 cashiers working who were dealing with customers.
  Other employees including the owner manager kept passing through, and apologizing for the delay, but none offered any assistance.
  We were eventually seen by one of the cashiers.
  Considering the owner manager has to know how the bank operates, surely he could have spent a little time assisting customers.

  Another success story for Isobel and I with BOQ Earlville: we previously had an excellent commercial finance relationship with management rights being underwritten by Simeon and the team. And once again they have helped us brilliantly.
  
  With retirement beckoning we are very appreciative of how Peta and Kyra have steered us patiently through the mortgage application maze in our quest to make the tree change to the Tablelands. With their assistance and confidence we have been able to purchase an amazing house in Herberton.
  
  Once again BOQ has been our ‘go to’ bank, and definitely stands head and shoulders above the big four banks, for incomparable personal service with real caring people.

  Visited bank Tuesday afternoon. Waited over 20 minutes to be served by a teller. Other people also waiting. Only one person on. Not good enough. No acknowledgement or sorry to keep you waiting. I own my own business and if I left people waiting without acknowledgement I would not have any business. Need to look at customer service.

  The last couple of months I have purchased a property and sold one too.
  The BOQ office in Earlville, QLD, the staff are so amazing. All staff are always helpful and always go the extra mile to explain things to you. Jody is an outstanding person to deal with all transactions of buying and selling a home.She would always get back to me via phone, text and emails.
  I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone for their banking needs.

  Had to arrange a quick car loan for a new car. Kyra was all over it. It's much easier getting someone who knows what they are doing to fill out the paperwork. Happy to recommend the team in Earlville.

  We cant speak highly enough of the service we have received from Kyra and the team at BOQ Earlville. We have applied for a number of loans and they have all gone smoothly with wonderful, clear and timely communication. We recently bought a house at auction - we had never bought at an auction before and knew nothing of the process - Kyra got us all the information we needed and talked us through the process via phone and email which made the whole process so much easier. There was a tight turnaround for all the documents to be prepared and submitted and they were all done with time to spare. We feel so fortunate to have such open easy communication with Kyra and the bank, we know we definitely wouldn't get from the big 4 - cant recommend enough!
