  My daughters and I went to the Telstra store at Stockland today at 12.40 and the male serving us (wearing a black polo shirt) was not even bothered to look at the I-phone that we had problems with.  He was very brusque and re-directed us to go to the Telstra store at Mt Sheridan.  He spoke so quickly and was obviously not interested in spending any time with us.  In fact, I had to ask him to repeat what he said twice because he was inaudible.  This is very poor service as we have been Telstra customers for years. After this, I will be re-considering our plans with Telstra.  Maybe this particular staff member should pay a visit to the 'Tel Hospital' in front of Big W because their service was beyond reproach and within a minute or so, the young man there had the problem fixed! (All with a smile, I might add!).

  I bought a Samsung galaxy S7. Not cheap.
  And have a query on the accessories that should have been in the box when purchased. I have have phoned 5 times and left 5 messages as no answer. Not once have I a had a call back and the message bank said they would call back on the day the message was left or the next day. Its been a week.
  AFTER SALE SERVICE NIL.

  We went to the Telstra shop on three different only to be told the waiting time was an hour. How ridiculous.
